Delivery method

All products are delivered digitally by email. No physical items are shipped and there are no shipping fees. Each delivery includes:

• Your license key / product code
• A download link for the installer
• An installation and activation guide

Delivery times

• Most orders: delivered within minutes of payment.
• Orders needing verification: delivered within 2–12 hours during business hours.
• Orders placed outside business hours or on holidays may be processed the next business day.

Order verification

To protect customers from fraud, some orders are reviewed before delivery. We may ask you to confirm your identity or payment details. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and refunded.

Correct email address

Please double-check your email at checkout. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us and we will resend your license to the correct address after verification.

Tracking your order

You can check the status of your order at any time on our Track Order page using your order number and email.
